About GEL
  GEL's Consultant, Steve Greenfield, has over 20 years experience of operational research providing effective solutions to business. His career includes employment in senior positions with Cap Gemini UK, British Gas and the UK Civil Service.

In September 2000 Steve set up GEL in order to be able to use his specialist skills in a wider business context.

Steve GreenfieldSteve Greenfield is an accomplished mathematical modeller, mathematician and strategist.  His qualifications include a First Class Honours degree in Mathematical Science, an MSc in Operational Research and a Diploma in Production Control.  Prior to going independent, he worked for Cap Gemini UK (6 years), British Gas (6 years) and the UK Civil Service (3 years). He is skilled and experienced in various Operational Research, Statistics and Mathematical software packages.

Allied to Steve's mathematical and logical skills is a very creative mind, enabling both the accurate structuring of business issues and processes, and consequently effective solutions to observed structural and other organisational problems.

Steve has also taught Mathematics at secondary school level.
